Stephanie Fuhrman is a multifamily industry leader focused on innovation, and technology strategy. She has been an active PropTech investor, advisor, and early adopter and is now leading Corporate Development for Entrata. During her role at Catalyst Housing Group and Greystar she was instrumental in positioning companies to employ scalable real estate technology platforms globally.
At Catalyst Housing Group, Stephanie led many facets of asset and corporate operations, the leading mission-based company in middle-income housing. Prior to that, Stephanie served as the Managing Director, of Global Innovation for Greystar. She has held leadership roles within the industry crossing facets of the investment, consumer, and building lifecycle.
Stephanie has an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a degree in Finance from Washington State University.

Paige Pitcher

Moderne Ventures
Paige Pitcher is the Head of Strategic Partnerships at Moderne Ventures. Paige manages programming and relationships across the firm, focusing specifically on Moderne’s Corporate Innovation Advisory practice, Passport Program, and Portfolio Companies.
Paige is a futurist, innovator, and intrapreneur with a decade's worth of experience in real estate development and corporate strategy. Previously, as Director of Hines Office of Innovation, she led and launched new strategic initiatives, including products, processes, and technologies that drive the industry forward. Prior to joining Hines, Paige co-founded a planning and development company that built half a million square feet designed to stabilize neighborhoods and transform lives.
Paige holds a Master of Real Estate Development from MIT and a BS in Urban Planning from the University of Utah. She is a TEDx speaker and has delivered keynote addresses on three continents urging the evolution of the real estate industry. As a Fellow of the Sam Talk Lee Real Estate Entrepreneurship Lab, her research quantified the financial impact of autonomous vehicles on the real estate industry.
