The National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC) has hired Kevin Donnelly as Vice President, Government Affairs. Donnelly will represent the interests of the multifamily industry before Congress and federal agencies on a variety of issues.
“Kevin brings a wealth of legislative experience and policy know-how to NMHC,” said NMHC President Doug Bibby. “Our industry will be well-served by his capabilities and we’re delighted to have him on our team.”
Prior to joining the Council, Donnelly served as a Legislative Representative for the National Association of Realtors. He also spent over seven years on Capitol Hill as senior staff for two members of the House, and has a wide array of public policy and political campaign experience. Donnelly holds an undergraduate degree from Rutgers University and a Masters in Public Management from Johns Hopkins University, as well as post-baccalaureate work at National Defense University.
