The NMHC legislative team works to educate policymakers on the critical issues important to the student housing industry such as tax reform, housing finance and regulatory reform, and fair housing – just to name a few. In addition to NMHC’s strong advocacy initiatives, the NMHC PAC is an invaluable tool that helps complement NMHC’s strong advocacy initiatives in Washington.
