On October 17, 2017 NMHC, along with NAA, hosted a policy forum with housing leaders from government, industry and academia discussing the future of multifamily housing and steps that can be taken towards solving America’s affordability crisis. The event focused on answering a single question, though answers are complex: How can local, state, and federal stakeholders and the private sector work together to stem the tide and ensure a stronger housing future for families?
The forum intended to spark a free-flowing and forward-leaning discussion that highlights areas where public and private stakeholders can come together to help solve the nation’s affordability problems.
Hosted by Bloomberg Government, the program will include speakers such as:
