NMHC Annual Meeting is the largest gathering of the year where NMHC members come together to network with their colleagues and set wheels in motion for their property deals. This event offers informative sessions led by industry leaders and networking opportunities through official meeting and affiliate groups' social events.
The Annual Meeting is open to members only and NMHC limits the total number of registrations per firm to ensure all members have the opportunity to participate.

All member firms are invited to register an additional colleague for the 2021 NMHC Annual Meeting as an Emerging Leader who must be someone at the firm under the age of 40 and have at least five years of industry experience.
Emerging Leader registrants are not eligible to stay in the main conference hotel - the Manchester Grand Hyatt.
This registration will be available as a separate link under the Emerging Leader Registration tab at www.nmhc.org/Annual-Meeting.

The 2020 NMHC Apartment Strategies Outlook Conference kicks off with a networking reception followed by an entire day of trends, statistics and powerful business insight into what lies ahead for the economy and our industry.
This event is open to members and non-members. There is no limit to the number of employees firms can register for the conference.

The Annual Meeting starts after the Apartment Strategies Outlook Conference has ended and is the larger of the two events.
Networking Passes allow members to be on the hotel grounds during the 2020 NMHC Annual Meeting. These passes do not provide access to official program functions like sessions, committee meetings, meals, and receptions.
Non-members are not eligible to purchase networking passes.
2020 NMHC Annual Meeting Networking Passes will go on sale December 2. More information will be available at www.nmhc.org/Annual-Meeting.
You must first be registered for the 2021 NMHC Annual Meeting or the 2021 NMHC Apartment Strategies Outlook Conference before requesting a hotel room.
NMHC uses a centralized hotel reservation company to manage hotel reservations for all of our attendees at the NMHC Annual Meeting. They manage reservations at all of the Official Conference Hotels and are able to provide assistance with identifying other hotels in the area if needed.
Room requests can only be made after you have a registration to one of the events. The housing bureau website and the meeting registration confirmation number required to submit a room request are available in the confirmation email each registrant receives.
If you have registrations to the both Annual Meeting and Apartment Strategies Outlook Conference, please use your Annual Meeting registration confirmation number when submitting your room request.
If you are only registered for the Apartment Strategies Outlook Conference and do not have a registration to the Annual Meeting, you will automatically be placed in one of the overflow hotels. Only members with registrations to Annual Meeting (does not include Emerging Leader registrants or Networking Pass holders) are eligible to stay in the main conference hotel - the Manchester Grand Hyatt.

Please note that the Waldorf Astoria and Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek are hotels connected by the conference center. You do not have to exit one hotel to get to the other.
Registration cancellations must be submitted in writing and can be emailed to membership@nmhc.org. Cancellations received by December 13 are eligible for a full refund, minus a $250 processing fee. No refunds are granted for cancellations after December 13.
Registrations can be transferred to another employee at your firm (exclusions may apply) by emailing membership@nmhc.org with the name of the original registrant and the substitute attendee.
