NMHC's Emerging Leaders program will be in the Emerald City (Seattle) for the first time ever on September 19. This program is open to NMHC members and non-members.
We are delighted to host Clyde Holland, CEO and Chairman of Holland Partner Group for a fireside chat during which he'll share his advice for the next generation of apartment leadership and the lessons he's learned on his path to success.
Before starting his own firm, Clyde was the West Coast Group Managing Partner for Trammell Crow Residential. He has directed the development, acquisition, repositioning and sale of 50,000 units totaling $10 billion.
The event will be held at the Holland Partner Group's Premiere on Pine, Seattle's tallest residential tower. The 40-floor high-rise with 386 units is located in Seattle's theater district and Convention Center.

Registration is $50 per person, and space is limited. Registrations will be processed on a first-come, first served basis.
MEETING CANCELLATION POLICY
Meeting cancellations must be sent in writing to NMHC. Written requests for meeting cancellation refunds received prior to ten (10) business days before the start of the meeting are entitled to a full refund. No meeting cancellation refunds will be granted within ten (10) business days prior to meeting commencement.
