NMHC’s Emerging Leaders program is bringing its Regional Speaker Series to Denver for the first time. This program is open to NMHC members and non-members.
We are delighted to host Terry Considine, Chairman of the Board and CEO of Aimco, and his daughter, Elizabeth “Tizzie” Likovich, a Director at UDR for a look at how two generations from the same family view the industry.
Terry is a life-long entrepreneur focused on business, politics and family. He has been an active real estate investor for more than 45 years, serving four REITs as CEO. He led the Aimco IPO in 1994. He has also been active in politics, elected twice to the Colorado Senate and holding leadership roles in numerous campaigns and political organizations.
Tizzie is a Director at UDR where she has completed over $600 million of mixed-use development and currently oversees projects in Boston, Washington D.C., and Dallas. Her most recent project is 345 Harrison, a 585 home $365 million development in Boston’s South End completed in 2018.

This event is open to both NMHC members and non-members, pricing is as follows:
Member: $50 per person
Non-member: $60 per person
Registrations will be processed on a first-come, first served basis.
MEETING CANCELLATION POLICY
Meeting cancellations must be sent in writing to NMHC. Written requests for meeting cancellation refunds received prior to ten (10) business days before the start of the meeting are entitled to a full refund. No meeting cancellation refunds will be granted within ten (10) business days prior to meeting commencement.
