Join us in Miami for NMHC’s first Emerging Leaders Speakers Series event of the year.
Held several times a year in various locations around the country, the NMHC Emerging Leaders Speaker Series features a senior industry executive sharing his or her insights, observations and advice in a small-scale setting that allows for high quality networking.
We are delighted to announce the Jorge M. Perez, chairman and CEO of The Related Group will be our first speaker in 2018. Perez is one of the most trusted and influential names in real estate and has been at the forefront of South Florida’s complex urban evolution for over 35 years. Armed with a dynamic selection of land parcels, new financing techniques, the collective strength of Related’s management team and a pipeline of more than 90,000 residential and commercial units, Pérez is set to answer the demands and desires of a new generation.
Mr. Perez has generously agreed to host us at the Pérez Art Museum Miami, or PAMM, that he helped fund with a $40 million donation.

Non-member: $75
MEETING CANCELLATION POLICY
Meeting cancellations must be sent in writing to NMHC. Written requests for meeting cancellation refunds received prior to ten (10) business days before the start of the meeting are entitled to a full refund. No meeting cancellation refunds will be granted within ten (10) business days prior to meeting commencement.
