- Go to the Conference Website and click on the "Attendees List" tab on the left.
- If you already have an existing member or non-member account, please sign in. Otherwise, follow the instructions to create an account.
- Representatives from a non-member exhibitor company must first register as a conference attendee to view the Attendees List. NMHC members may log into their NMHC account to view the Attendees List at any time.
The official Attendees List is available only on the Conference Website. NMHC does not email the Attendees List to Kiosk companies.
To view the Attendees List:
Attendee email addresses are not included in the Attendee List and are not included with any Exhibit package in accordance with NMHC’s Privacy Policy.

A complimentary company profile will be included in Conference materials to help attendees learn more about your company.
Company profiles are limited to 200 characters or less. You may also include links to your company’s social pages.

- Kiosks are sold as a turnkey display package. Modifications to or substitutions to provided furnishings and equipment is prohibited.
- All display materials provided by the Exhibitor such as demo equipment, brochures, and promotional items must be confined to Exhibitor’s assigned kiosk countertop. Additional signage/banners are not permitted to be displayed on or next to Kiosks.
- Display materials (including additional signage/banners), furnishings and all other materials are prohibited in aisles.
- Aisles must remain clear and free of obstacles at all times.
- Storage of packing materials and boxes in Kiosks are not permitted.
- Sound may be used, so long as the volume is kept at a reasonable level and does not interfere with neighboring kiosks or attendees.
- NMHC will provide perimeter and overnight security for The Hub but does not assume any liability for theft or damage to any company’s property. Companies are solely responsible for securing and safeguarding their exhibit materials, equipment, valuables, and property. Companies are advised against leaving unsecured items unattended at any time.
Kiosk display guidelines will be strictly enforced.

Display Guidelines and Restrictions:
Kiosk Graphics must be submitted by September 6, 2024. Rush charges may apply for any graphics submitted after September 6, 2024.

Graphic Submissions:
Submit final, print-ready graphics to Freeman by September 6, 2024. Please include your company name, kiosk number, and panel number for each graphic.

NMHC will email you a digital pre-production proof for approval approximately 2 weeks prior to the Conference. Change fees may apply for any graphics requiring changes.
Full payment of invoice is due to NMHC upon receipt of invoice, and no later than August 23, 2024. All Applications submitted after August 23, 2024 must include full payment at the time of Application.
Payments can be made by credit card (American Express, MasterCard, or Visa), check, or ACH. Invoices will include payment instructions.
NMHC reserves the right to revoke approval if payment is not made in full by August 23, 2024.
Companies with an unpaid balance at the time of the conference will not be permitted to move in or use their kiosk.
If you need a copy of your invoice, a W9 form, or wish to inquire about payment status, please email sponsorships@nmhc.org.
- The monitor is a 32” display monitor.
- A standard HDMI connector cable is provided with the monitor.
- Companies must bring or rent their own laptop/device to connect to the monitor and supply any additional connector cables if any are needed beyond the standard HDMI connector cable.
- The recommended ratio for PowerPoints/display content is 16:9 or 1920x1080.
- Companies are responsible for connecting and displaying their own content on their monitors on-site.
A 32" Monitor will be provided and installed on the kiosk unit by NMHC’s official A/V vendor (official vendor information coming soon.)
Monitor Specs & Info:
Laptop Rental:
Each company must provide their own laptop/device to connect to the monitor. Content will not display on the monitor unless it is connected to a devicde.
Laptop rentals will be provided by NMHC’s official A/V vendor, AVFX. Orders may be placed through the AVFX order form: https://avfx.regfox.com/nmhc-student-housing-conference.
Reminder: Please do not order A/V equipment through unofficial vendors. NMHC will provide you with official A/V order information when it is confirmed. Please see the "Unauthorized Solicitation Notice" to avoid scams.
Lead Retrieval:
Lead retrieval services are not available at this conference.
- Conference registration is required for all attendees, kiosk staff, and vendors hired by the Kiosk company.
- Badges are required in The Hub at all times, except where listed otherwise (See "Show Schedule" for more information.)
- All attendees must register via NMHC website. NMHC does not register attendees on behalf of any Kiosk company.
- Each Kiosk company receives 3 complimentary registrations with their Kiosk purchase.
- Complimentary Registrations are full conference registrations and include access to sessions, meals, and The Hub.
- Companies may purchase additional attendee registrations at the applicable member or non-member rate as published.
- Kiosk-only and vendor badges are not available.
- Go to the Conference Registration webpage to view registration rates and policies.
- Registration rates increase on September 9, 2024.
- To register, go to the Conference Registration webpage and click the orange "Register Now" button.
- Select “Exhibit Booth/Kiosk Personnel” while registering to receive your complimentary exhibitor registrations.
- Email membership@nmhc.org if you need help registering.
- Registration is required to make a hotel reservation request in the group block.
- Upon registering, you will receive a registration confirmation email that includes the meeting registration confirmation code required to submit your reservation request, and a link to the housing website.
- Company room blocks are not offered.
- Please go to the Conference Hotel and Travel webpage for official hotel information and booking instructions.

The Hub is a central meeting place for attendees and is not a tradeshow, therefore foot traffic will be light. Kiosks are not required to be staffed, allowing your company attendees to fully engage in the Conference and participate in sessions and conference activities.

The Hub Schedule:
The Hub will be open to all attendees during the following hours. Badges are required during these times.
The Hub is NOT OPEN on Wednesday, October 9, 2024.
Additional information on activities being hosted in The Hub will be published closer to conference dates.
Dismantle: Tuesday, October 8, 2024: 5:00 PM-8:00 PM
Companies must pack up and remove materials from kiosk units during this time. Any materials left in The Hub at the end of dismantling will be discarded.

IMPORTANT REMINDER:
Unauthorized, third-party vendors may solicit companies to purchase attendee lists, show services, display materials, audio/visual equipment, housing and other products and services. NMHC reminds its companies who have purchased kiosks not to order these services through unofficial vendors. Email sponsorships@nmhc.org if you wish to confirm the status of a vendor.
Free Wi-Fi will be available for all Kiosk companies and attendees.
Additional internet services are not available for kiosks.
