Unauthorized Solicitation Notice: Third-party vendors are aggressively soliciting exhibitors to purchase show services, display materials, audio/visual equipment, housing, and attendee lists. These solicitations are not authorized or initiated by NMHC. NMHC reminds exhibitors to only order show services from authorized vendors using the forms provided to you by NMHC. - Linear (10'x10' and 10'x20') include an 8' high back drape, 3' high side dividers, and company ID sign (includes company name and booth number.)
- Carpeting and free high-speed wi-fi are included. Exhibitors may order additional carpeting and dedicated internet services through the forms found in the Exhibitors Services Kit.
- Your booth space does NOT include furnishings of any kind, audio/visual equipment, electricity/power/lighting, labor, shipping/handling/storage, cleaning, catering, lead retrieval services. Please order these services through the Exhibitor Services Kit.

IAEE Display Guidelines: NMHC follows the IAEE Guidelines for Display Rules and Regulations. Exhibitors are required to adhere to these guidelines. Click here to download the IAEE Guidelines.
Hanging Signs are permitted in 20'x20' and larger island booths only.

- Each kiosk unit includes 1 locking cabinet, table and 2 chairs, 43” Monitor and standard HDMI connection cable, graphic printing/installation, installation/dismantling of the kiosk, 1 electrical drop, carpeting, and high-speed Wi-Fi internet access.
- Substitutions to the provided unit, furnishings, and equipment are not permitted. Additional carpeting and furnishings may not be ordered.
- Kiosk exhibitors may order additional electrical services, dedicated internet services, laptop/device/cables, and lead retrieval services at their own expense through the Exhibitor Services Kit.
- Kiosk exhibitors must supply and install their own laptop or device to connect to the provided monitor to display content. Laptop/device/cables can be ordered through the Exhibitor Services Kit.

- Note: Kiosks are placed against a wall and will not be visible to attendees. The panel facing the wall will be produced as a solid, white panel.

- All display materials provided by the exhibitor, such as additional signage, equipment, brochures, and promotional items, must be confined to the kiosk table/countertop only.
- Additional display materials such as signage or banners, demo equipment, or furnishings are not permitted to be set-up or displayed in aisles, or next to a kiosk.
- Aisles must remain clear and free of obstacles at all times.
- Packing materials and boxes may not be stored in/under the kiosk, or in the exhibit hall.
- Sound may be used in content/videos/demos, so long as the volume is kept at a reasonable level and does not interfere with neighboring kiosks or attendees.

- The monitor is a 43” display monitor. A standard HDMI connector cable is provided with the monitor.
- Kiosk exhibitors must supply and install their own laptop or device to connect to the provided monitor to display content. Laptop/device/cables can be ordered through the Exhibitor Services Kit.
- The recommended ratio for PowerPoints/display content is 16:9 or 1920x1080.

Late fees may apply for any graphics submitted after September 29, 2023, and will be billed to the exhibitor.
Specs:
NMHC will email a proof of the graphics to the exhibitor for final approval prior to print (estimated early to mid-October.) Changes to artwork may result in additional fees, billed to the exhibitor.
Freeman will produce, print, and install all graphics.
Display Guidelines and Restrictions:
Please adhere to the kiosk display guidelines during the conference. Guidelines will be strictly enforced.

Booth Equipment: Please review the booth equipment package for your purchased booth type in the sections below to see what is and is not included with your booth space. Display restrictions apply for Startup Kiosk Exhibitors, Meeting Lounge Exhibitors, and Terrace Lounge Exhibitors.
Exhibitors may order Lead Retreival Services through NMHC's official vendor, Bravura.

Note on Assigning User Licenses: Exhibitors are not yet able to assign their purchased licenses to registered staff as NMHC has not yet provided registration data to Bravura. Once registration data is imported, users will see the associated attendees under their account and can assign them licenses. NMHC does not have an exact date but will notify exhibitors when they are able to assign licenses.

Hanging signs are permitted in 20’x20’ and larger island booth spaces only.
Hanging signs require prior approval. Rigging Request Instructions will be provided in the Exhibitor Services Kit (coming soon!)
Hanging signs may only be placed over the Exhibitor’s assigned booth space and cannot extend into aisles or adjoining booth spaces.
Please be mindful of the placement of walls and hanging signs when designing your display so as not to excessively block the view of other exhibitors or impede an attendee’s ability to successfully navigate the show.
Private meeting rooms are unavailable.
Hotel Suites: NMHC doe not have any hotel suites in their group block. However, exhibitors interested in reserving a hotel suite at the Wynn may contact NMHC's housing company (view the Hotel and Travel section of the NMHC OPTECH website for contact info) to inquire about rates. Hotel suites are subject to NMHC approval.
Registration is now open on the OPTECH Website.
Early registration rates increase on October 4th.
Online registration closes on October 26th.
Registration is required to reserve a hotel room in the group block. There are no exhibitor room blocks. View the OPTECH website for hotel and travel information.
NMHC does not register exhibitor attendees. Exhibitors must register all attendees and booth support staff on the NMHC website.

Complimentary Exhibitor Registrations are full conference registrations and include access to sessions, meals, and the exhibit hall.

Exhibitors may purchase additional registrations, as needed, at the full member or non-member rate published on the NMHC website. NMHC does not offer "Expo Only" or vendor badges.
Complimentary registrations are to be used by employees of the exhibitor firm only and may not be transferred to other individuals/rosters.

Select “Exhibit Booth/Kiosk Personnel” while registering to receive your complimentary exhibitor registrations.

All exhibitors are encouraged to ship booth materials to the Freeman Advance Warehouse to avoid delivery and unloading delays during move-in at the Wynn.
Exhibitors in 20’x20’ and larger spaces are required to ship booth materials to the Freeman Advance Warehouse to be eligible for early move-in. Early move-in cannot be guaranteed if booth materials are delivered directly to the show site.

NMHC anticipates traffic in the exhibit hall to be the slowest during General Sessions, and has designated those times in the Expo as "Quiet Hours."
During Quiet Hours, the exhibit hall will remain open for attendees or exhibitors who wish to visit the expo, but exhibitors are not required to have a fully staffed booth.

2023 OPTECH Call for Speakers
We invite all NMHC members and non-members to help shape the content of our conference. Click here to learn more and submit a speaker volunteer form!
All speaking requests must be submitted through the web form found on the page linked above. NMHC cannot guarantee a response if you are not selected to speak on a session. Please do not call or email to check on speaker selection status, NMHC does not have the capacity to respond to the high volume of inquiries.
Sponsorship opportunities for 2023 NMHC OPTECH are no longer available.
All subgroup events or hospitality functions taking place during an NMHC meeting at the host hotel require NMHC approval. Requests made directly through the hotel for event space will be forwarded to NMHC for review.
NMHC Sponsor firms at the Chair’s Circle, Friends of the Council, or Conference Sponsor level are eligible to host a subgroup event at the host hotel. Event space will not be assigned to non-sponsoring firms.
Subgroup events and hospitality functions (whether held at the host hotel or off-property) may not conflict with NMHC’s official program hours. Any event or function that competes for attendees’ time, during program hours, is prohibited by NMHC.
