From entering the front door to taking in the views from the Skyline Terrace, a resident lounge self-powered by a solar photovoltaic canopy and three Tesla batteries, The Ashley presents elegance at its most urbane and sustainable.
Gigi Giannoni, VP Marketing & PR, Gables Residential, our Meetup host, will expand on these community features and more in a brief presentation to kick off the program. Breakout discussions will follow, determined by an attendee survey.

PropTech and how technology is pushing its way into multifamily operations, viable applications that spearhead successful new business practices and construction methods, and marketing techniques that support and empower a resident during the leasing journey.

Registration Fee: $35 per person. Registration is limited.

Meetup Cancellation Policy
Meeting cancellations must be sent in writing to NMHC. Written requests for meeting cancellation refunds received prior to ten (10) business days before the start of the meeting are entitled to a full refund. No meeting cancellation refunds will be granted within ten (10) business days prior to meeting commencement.
