Be a part of the next NMHC Women in Multifamily Digital Series event! Taking place on Wednesday, July 14 from 12:00- 1:30pm ET, the third program in this meet-up series will center around property management and operations. From new operations technologies entering the sector, to changing customer expectations for leasing and community standards, multifamily housing providers were at the intersection of quite a bit of change even before the pandemic put a spotlight on property management efficiencies.
We are pleased to have Elaine De Lude, Vice President of LIVEbe Communities, a division of Berman Enterprises, kicking off the event's program. Elaine will share some lessons learned in her co-leadership role of the residential division of the real estate development and management company in the Mid-Atlantic. The event will also include breakout discussions, providing attendees with the chance to expand on discussions and build new connections.
