Is it better to learn through experience or taught by the experience of others? The question is rhetorical, but the value gained from hearing the insights of other professionals and their lessons learned is unquestionable.
In the final event of the 2022 NMHC Women in Multifamily Networking Series, we talk with four women leaders in the finance space who have the professional bona fides of successfully leading and managing teams through tough times. In a conversation moderated by Stephanie Wiggins, Managing Director/Head of Production, Agency Lending, PGIM, this panel will dig into the myths of women as leaders and provide important perspectives around how they got through difficult projects and market challenges effectively. As women in the workforce, particularly those in financial roles, continue to be impacted disproportionately by economic trends this conversation couldn’t be timelier.
