Emerging Leaders: Deal Deep Dive –
The Making of Atlas in Oakland
Don’t miss this unique, small scale networking event with NMHC’s Emerging Leaders. Carmel Partners will host a hard hat tour of Atlas, a 41-story, 633-unit mixed use property that is the tallest luxury residential tower in Downtown Oakland’s ongoing urban revitalization.
After the tour, we’ll convene at the Tribune Tavern across the street for a happy hour and short panel discussion on how the development has been designed, executed and curated to take the new era of Oakland’s Urban Renaissance to new heights, while remaining part of its vibrant culture and evolving community.
NOTE: The hard hat tour is limited to 40 participants, but the happy hour is open to a larger group so if the tour is sold out, you can still register for the happy hour.
