Member, sponsor, and exhibitor registrations are contingent upon dues being current. Membership, sponsorship, and exhibitor benefits, including complimentary registrations, are intended for firm employees and cannot be granted to individuals outside the firm. NMHC reserves the right to close meeting registration should interest exceed availability.

Suitcasing and Outboarding Policy

NMHC strictly prohibits Suitcasing and Outboarding activities at our meetings, conferences, and events. All attendees are expected to abide by the NMHC Suitcasing and Outboarding Policy.

Meeting Registration Cancellation Policy

Meeting registrations cancellations must be emailed to membership@nmhc.org sent in writing to NMHC. Written requests for meeting cancellation refunds received prior to ten (10) business days before the start of the meeting are entitled to a full refund, minus a processing fee of $250. No meeting cancellation refunds will be granted within ten (10) business days prior to meeting commencement.

Subgroup Events and Meeting Rooms (Sponsor Firms Only)

All subgroup events/hospitality functions and meeting room rentals taking place at the Wynn during OPTECH require NMHC approval. Requests made directly through the hotel for event space or meeting rooms will be forwarded to NMHC for review.

Only NMHC sponsor firms (Chair’s Circle, Friends of the Council, or Conference level) are eligible to host a subgroup events and reserve meeting rooms at the host hotel. Event space and meeting rooms will not be assigned to non-sponsoring firms.

Subgroup events and hospitality functions (whether held at the host hotel or off-property) may not conflict with NMHC’s official program hours. Any event or function that competes for attendees’ time, during program hours, is prohibited by NMHC.

**Unfortunately, the Wynn, Encore and Venetian Las Vegas NMHC block are sold out. **

You can CLICK HERE to complete the waitlist form. The waitlist will be cleared as cancellations come in.
Utilize our partner KAYAK where you can CLICK HERE to view available hotels within a 0.5-mile radius to the Wynn Las Vegas. The Wynn may appear on this list at a higher rate, since the group rate is sold out. We recommend paying close attention to all terms and conditions for any bookings made, as they can vary.

Book Early! The 2023 SEMA Show will be in Las Vegas the same week as OPTECH. SEMA draws over 70,000 attendees therefore NMHC highly encourages attendees to make hotel reservations early as the major Las Vegas Hotels will fill up early.

NEW for 2023! In order to make a hotel reservation request in the group block you must be a registered attendee.

Important Information on the Hotel Request Process:

Upon registering for the meeting, you will receive a meeting registration confirmation email which contains the meeting registration confirmation code required to submit your reservation request. Individuals must be registered for the meeting before making a hotel reservation request. Failure to do so will result in your request being cancelled.
Reservations must be made online on or before Tuesday, October 6, 5:00 p.m. ET. Please note rooms are first come, first serve and may sell out before the deadline.
Hotel reservation requests will be acknowledged via email within 24 hours and confirmed within 10 business days by a separate email.
All hotel reservations will be charged a one-night deposit at the time of confirmation, which is about 7-10 days after your request has been made. You can reply to your hotel confirmation email or email info@sreconference.com directly if you require a folio from the hotel for the charge.
Canceling your meeting registration will require you to cancel your hotel room reservation. All hotel cancellation requests must be emailed to info@sreconference.com.
NMHC uses a centralized hotel reservation company (Staged Right Events) to manage hotel reservations for all of our attendees at the NMHC OPTECH and Expo Please contact them at 954/404-8252 Monday to Friday, 9AM – 5PM ET or info@sreconference.com

Hotel Reservation Rate Details:

Pre-Authorization Hold: In addition to the nightly rate/taxes/resort fee the hotel requires a pre-authorization hold of $150 for each night stay. This will be charged to the card presented at check in.

Hotel Reservation Cancellation Policies:

Reservations can be fully cancelled without penalty on or before October 15. After that time has passed, the advance deposit equal to one-night's room rate plus taxes will be forfeited.

All hotel cancellation requests must be emailed to info@sreconference.com.

Hotel Reservation Changes and No Show Policies:

Any date or name changes must be emailed to info@sreconference.com at least 72 hours prior to your confirmed arrival date. Any changes to your arrival and departure date are subject to availability at the time of your change request; otherwise, additional room and tax penalties will apply and will be charged to the card on file. You will receive an updated confirmation with your change once the reservation is updated.

Guests that do not check in on their confirmed arrival date will be classified as a no show and their reservation will NOT be automatically reinstated. No-shows may not be able to be reinstated if there is no prior notification of a date change at least 72 hours prior to arrival and the hotel is sold out.

Unauthorized Solicitation Notice: NMHC does not rent or sell the email addresses of conference registrants or our members. For your protection, do not purchase attendee lists, book hotel rooms, or order exhibitor show services through any unknown company or third-party vendor that may contact you directly. Solicitations from any such firms are fraudulent; NMHC is not affiliated with these firms. If any such firm contacts you, please email sponsorships@nmhc.org.

Ground Transportation

Wynn Las Vegas Resort is approximately 4 miles from Harry Reid International Airport. For those of you arriving by air, you have the following alternatives for ground transportation.

A taxi from Harry Reid International Airport will cost approximately $15-20 each way and will take approximately 15 minutes, depending on traffic.
Lyft and Uber are authorized to provide services at the airport. Drivers drop off customers at the departures curbs at both Terminal 1 and Terminal 3.
- The Terminal 1 Ride Share pickup is located on Level 2 of the parking garage. From Baggage Claim, take the elevator near Door 2 up to Level 2. Cross the pedestrian bridge to the parking garage. The pickup area is to the right.
- The Terminal 3 Ride Share pickup is located on the Valet Level of the parking garage. From Baggage Claim, take the elevator near Door 52, 54 or 56 up to Level 1. Cross the pedestrian bridge to the parking garage then take the elevator or stairs down to Valet Level.
