Member, sponsor, and exhibitor registrations are contingent upon dues being current. Membership, sponsorship, and exhibitor benefits, including complimentary registrations, are intended for firm employees and cannot be granted to individuals outside the firm. NMHC reserves the right to close meeting registration should interest exceed availability.
Suitcasing and Outboarding Policy
NMHC strictly prohibits Suitcasing and Outboarding activities at our meetings, conferences, and events. All attendees are expected to abide by the NMHC Suitcasing and Outboarding Policy.
Meeting Registration Cancellation Policy
Meeting registrations cancellations must be emailed to membership@nmhc.org sent in writing to NMHC. Written requests for meeting cancellation refunds received prior to ten (10) business days before the start of the meeting are entitled to a full refund, minus a processing fee of $250. No meeting cancellation refunds will be granted within ten (10) business days prior to meeting commencement.

For guests staying at the Wynn:
- In addition to the nightly rate/taxes/resort fee the hotel requires a pre-authorization hold of $150 for each night stay. This will be charged to the card presented at check in.
- All room rates are subject to applicable state/local taxes and daily resort fee of $25.00 plus taxes. Taxes are currently at 13.38% (this is subject to change without notice).

Conrad Las Vegas at Resorts World
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR GUESTS AT THE HILTON:
- The entire NMHC OPTECH 2022 room block at the Las Vegas Hilton at Resorts World has been moved to their partner property, the Conrad Las Vegas at Resorts World. Both hotels are within the Resorts World campus and Conrad Las Vegas at Resorts World is located 1.1 mile from the Wynn (about a 20 minute walk). This unexpected move was due to an issue with the Hilton’s inventory, and we greatly apologize for any inconvenience.
- All guests that had a confirmed room inside the Hilton NMHC block will need to check in at the Conrad Las Vegas at Resorts World located at 111 W Resorts World Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89109. The Conrad will also be providing all NMHC guests with a onetime credit of $10 per reservation/room. This credit can be utilized for any of their owned outlets. If any confirmed NMHC guests inside the block that have changes to their reservations within 72 hours of their arrival they can contact the hotel at (702) 676-7000 to make these immediate changes. Guests that do not check in on their confirmed arrival date will be classified as a no show and their reservation will NOT be automatically reinstated.
Hotel Reservation Cancellation Policies:
Reservations can be fully cancelled without penalty on or before October 25th. After that time has passed, the advance deposit equal to one night's room rate plus taxes will be forfeited.
All hotel cancellation requests must be emailed to info@sreconference.com.
Hotel Reservation Changes and No Show Policies:
Any date or name changes must be emailed to info@sreconference.com at least 72 hours prior to your confirmed arrival date. Any changes to your arrival and departure date are subject to availability at the time of your change request; otherwise, additional room and tax penalties will apply and will be charged to the card on file. You will receive an updated confirmation with your change once the reservation is updated.
Guests that do not check in on their confirmed arrival date will be classified as a no show and their reservation will NOT be automatically reinstated. No-shows may be charged additional penalties and may not be able to be reinstated if there is no prior notification of a date change at least 72 hours prior to arrival.
Room Availability and Hotel Waitlist:
Unfortunately, our contracted rooms at the Wynn Las Vegas and the Conrad Las Vegas at Resorts World are sold out. Attendees can check with these hotels directly for any last minute availability outside the block. If any confirmed NMHC guests inside the block have changes to their reservations within 72 hours of their arrival they can contact the hotel at (702) 770-7000 to make these immediate changes. Guests that do not check in on their confirmed arrival date will be classified as a no show and their reservation will NOT be automatically reinstated.

Please be sure to note the individual cancellation policies with the bookings, they can vary, and some may be non-refundable. You may see the Wynn Las Vegas and Encore on this list, because they still have suites available.

Ground Transportation
Wynn Las Vegas Resort is approximately 4 miles from Harry Reid International Airport. For those of you arriving by air, you have the following alternatives for ground transportation.
- A taxi from Harry Reid International Airport will cost approximately $15-20 each way and will take approximately 15 minutes, depending on traffic.
- Lyft and Uber are authorized to provide services at the airport. Drivers drop off customers at the departures curbs at both Terminal 1 and Terminal 3.
- The Terminal 1 Ride Share pickup is located on Level 2 of the parking garage. From Baggage Claim, take the elevator near Door 2 up to Level 2. Cross the pedestrian bridge to the parking garage. The pickup area is to the right.
- The Terminal 3 Ride Share pickup is located on the Valet Level of the parking garage. From Baggage Claim, take the elevator near Door 52, 54 or 56 up to Level 1. Cross the pedestrian bridge to the parking garage then take the elevator or stairs down to Valet Level.

Exhibitor Wait List:
The exhibit hall is sold out and there is an extensive wait list. It is unlikely for any exhibit space to open. If you are interested in exhibiting, please submit the OPTECH Wait List Request Form. NMHC will contact you pending any availability.
Suitcasing and Outboarding Policy:

Subgroup/Affiliate Events:
All requests for event space, meeting rooms, or hotel suites at the Wynn require NMHC approval. Any request made directly through the hotel for event or meeting space, including hospitality suites, will be forwarded to NMHC for approval. Event space, meeting rooms, and hotel suites will not be assigned to non-sponsoring firms.
Subgroup/Affiliate Events at the Wynn:
Chair’s Circle, Friends of the Council, and Conference Sponsors (any level) are eligible to host an event at the Wynn at their own expense upon request. Event times may not conflict with NMHC program or exhibit hall hours. Event space is assigned to firms in the order requests are received, based on hotel availability.
Off-Site Events:
Firms planning to host events outside of the Wynn do not need prior approval from NMHC but are still subject to NMHC's subgroup event policies. firms are still subject to NMHC’s subgroup event policies. Event times may not conflict with NMHC program or exhibit hall hours.
Transportation:
Transportation for off-site events may not arrive at the hotel and may not begin to load in attendees more than 10 minutes before the end of any official NMHC program or exhibit hall hours.
Please review all Subgroup Event Policies before requesting or booking an event.

NMHC will not have additional COVID health and safety protocols. However, we will have a health station on-site for attendees not feeling well or in need of COVID testing during conference hours.
