Prior to the pandemic, multifamily executives were gradually deploying new enterprise technologies and software platforms to support virtual work. With an increasingly decentralized workforce and more staff out of the office on business travel, these investments allowed employees to remain productive when not physically in the office. They also helped maintain business continuity through weather and climate related disruptions.
At the 2020 OPTECH Virtual Conference, NMHC partnered with Claire Haidar, CEO & Co-Founder, WNDYR to share her dynamic and encouraging views on how executive leaders might sift through the uncertainty created by the pandemic to design and implement sustainable virtual work programs. NMHC is pleased to partner with Claire again to delve deeper into the change management model she shared during the conference. In this engaging program recorded in May 2021, Claire moderates a conversational roundtable between multifamily industry executives investigating the changes that took place over the last year, how those changes may impact the future of work and what that means for organizational strategies in a post-pandemic world.
