NMHC members have asked for resources to support their DEI goals, and, in response, NMHC offers this member-informed toolkit to meet apartment firms where they are.
This toolkit provides a five-stage process any organization can follow in advancing DEI in the talent ecosystem and supplier diversity.

Supplier Diversity
NMHC has launched a supplier diversity initiative, in conjunction with an alliance of national trade associations, to help its members expand their spending with Minority and Women-owned Business Enterprises (MBWEs). This includes contractors, consultants, joint venture partners, vendors and more.
