Green Building Labeling and Disclosure

There is growing interest in building rating systems that would grade buildings on their energy efficiency and publicly disclose that information. Building energy labels raise valuation concerns and transactional uncertainty, especially since the accuracy of these labels is not proven in the apartment sector.
