Thomasine Lucas is membership manager, responsible for providing quality member/customer service experience and overall membership support. Prior to joining NMHC Thomasine worked at The Association of the US Army (AUSA) as the Membership Support Manager and was responsible for overall membership, customer service and database management. Thomasine has over 15 years managerial and membership experience working with educational & military associations with certifications in problem solving and communication skills.
