Sarah Rahman is Legislative Analyst with a primary focus on issues related to energy, environmental and fair housing policy and engages in research, advocacy, and special projects on legislative, regulatory, and legal matters. Before becoming a member of the NMHC staff, Sarah clerked at the Prince George’s County District Court, working with over 16 judges and under the Administrative Judge Lisa Hall-Johnson. She was also a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Judge Vivian Medinilla of the Delaware Superior Court during her law school career and has a background in constitutional law. Sarah received her BA in Political Science from Salisbury University and J.D. from Drexel University’s Thomas R. Kline School of Law.
