Lily Elder serves as the Communications Associate with responsibility supporting NMHC’s public affairs and communications work on various initiatives that shape federal policy, influence the national debate on housing and elevate rental housing providers. Through the management of NMHC’s various editorial activities, she works with the communications team to create and distribute newsletters, emails and social media content.
Prior to joining NMHC, Lily worked in client relations and marketing in Charlottesville, VA before moving to DC to receive her MS in Management from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business. She also holds a BA in English from the University of Virginia.
