Participating in the
NMHC Student Housing Council

NMHC's Student Housing Council (SHC) is the only organization focused exclusively on the privately operated student housing sector.  We convene the industry's must-attend meetings and conferences, lobby on behalf of the sector at the federal level and produce a wide variety of student housing research and benchmarking studies.

Participation in the NSHC is open to all NMHC members.  No additional dues or fees are required beyond NMHC members, and you need not sign up.  All NMHC members are invited to attend SHC meetings at NMHC's events. 

NMHC membership offers student housing firms access to the SHC as well as all of the meetings and content NMHC produces for the conventional apartment industry.
